New love, selfish love, crazy love . . . A beautiful (and fun!) illumination by Grant Snider.
Spring. My front yard. Thinking of Anne Lamott: “I am going to try to pay attention to the spring. I am going to look around at all the flowers, and look up at the hectic trees. I am going to close my eyes and listen.”
Isn’t this beautiful? It’s especially nice on a cool, gray, Pacific Northwest kind of day.
By the way, there’s a “secret sauce” which makes it especially good: mango juice.
I love this.
I’m a little afraid of heights, but I’d gladly change places with the person in this photo. Just to be surrounded by all this amazing, epic, bookish goodness.
“Let me come out and say it . . .” A beautiful love-letter by Grant Snider.
Oh my gosh, do I love this image. Tales not yet told; characters not yet conjured into existence; love not yet found, fought for, and won . . .
Mary Balogh posted this on Facebook. And I got all dreamy-eyed.
